I think that a lot of foods eaten for breakfast are unhealthy. It’s unwise to eat cooked meat with cheese after fasting for more than 6 hours!

Usually we eat dairy products and pastries. Some people eat chick peas and some of them eat meat with cheese. We also sometimes eat eggs. As for beverages, we usually drink tea. I think that a lot of foods eaten for breakfast are unhealthy. It’s unwise to eat cooked meat with cheese after fasting for more than 6 hours!

Well done Riman. Remember that "dairy" refers to milk products, whereas "diary" is a book to keep a record of events/experiences etc. I know that English spelling can be a bit confusing sometimes, with a lot of words that are spelt similarly haha.
