I think Monday morning is a time slot that shouldn't exist during a job's week.
If i were a boss i will let my employees neither they want to work or not on monday morning, depending on their week end.
What do you think about this proposition?

If i were a boss i wouldn't let my employees go to work on monday morning, depending on their weekend.
