How can i improve my ability to talk fast and fluently in english , when it comes to think about something in english it's easy but if i have to talk to people it becomes to get hard to do , any suggestions ?

You could try with music, kareoke, it's funny and usefull !! Specially with songs that force to you to pay atention to develop a good hearing

Well Peppe... There's just one answer: "Practise everyday" Try to talk in English everyday, suddenly you'll realize you're speaking fastly.
How can you practise everyday?
italki.com is one choice but I reckon it's a little bit exhausting since you need to get a skype account firstly. So you should visit "sharedtalk.com". In this website, there are a lot of persons who want to improve their Speaking skills. ;)
