Improvement of English with series TV shows

A certain time Awhile ago I've I found a new form of learn way to learn and improve my English: watching series TV shows with subtitles in English subtitles.

The serie TV show that I chose was Criminal Minds.

Criminal Minds is about a FBI special department of FBI responsible for finding criminals by through means of psychological profiles.

It's really interesting and I recommend it if you like series of police arresting people by special ways.
