So i am just beginning to continue practicing my chinese.
I am taking chinese for my sophomore year in uni.
Please correct me if there are any mistakes.
你好。我叫 jamesha。我来自日本。我十九岁。
（pause for response from professor）抱歉、你能疼懂吗？ （wait for response）
谢谢。
我会一点儿中文。很高兴见到你。

only one mistake: 抱歉、你能听疼懂吗？

Maybe it is a typo？ 听：ting (listen)   疼：teng (pain).
