1. It is not enough just to type "find". You could fine "To find a tutor for ielts speaking skill", but I consider it's better to say "Looking for / Searching a tutor for ielts speaking skill"

2. It sounds better "I know that my weakness is bad pronunciation"

3. It's not necessary this "would"
4. you missed this "to"
