豌豆 the pea 你们那里管这种菜叫什么? 上海叫“甜豆”,确实挺甜的。 在我们老家山东,叫“豌豆”。(想起来豌豆公主了) 在上海,正是上市的好季节。我问了在湖北的老同学,她说没有见到卖的,可能是地域有关,上市有早有晚。 小室友说用水煮了吃,这算是比较保守的吃法。 想起小时候,那时常常跟小伙伴们去地里摘豌豆吃,剥皮生吃,简单粗暴。事隔多年,再次生吃,还是觉得特别有感觉,小时候的味道一下子就回来了。 有一次在超市挑豌豆时,不知道怎么跟另一个买豌豆的热心人聊上了,她告诉连皮用大火爆炒,事实证明简单此法简单是让豌豆在众食材出挑的不二之选。 What do you call this food? In Shanghai it's called "sweet pea" which are really sweet. In our hometown Shandong province, it's called "pea". (reminding me of 《 the Princess and the PEA》) In Shanghai, it is a good season for pea. I asked old classmates in Hubei Province who told me she did not see for sale, I think it will list sooner or later because of geography. My little roommate said boiled to eat, this is a relatively conservative way. When I was a child, I often went with kids picking peas, peeled off the skin and ate in raw, simple and crude. many years later, eat like that again, I can still feel that special feeling which suddenly flash back again.
