豌豆 the pea 你们那里管这种菜叫什么？ 上海叫“甜豆”，确实挺甜的。 在我们老家山东，叫“豌豆”。（想起来豌豆公主了） 在上海，正是上市的好季节。我问了在湖北的老同学，她说没有见到卖的，可能是地域有关，上市有早有晚。 小室友说用水煮了吃，这算是比较保守的吃法。 想起小时候，那时常常跟小伙伴们去地里摘豌豆吃，剥皮生吃，简单粗暴。事隔多年，再次生吃，还是觉得特别有感觉，小时候的味道一下子就回来了。 有一次在超市挑豌豆时，不知道怎么跟另一个买豌豆的热心人聊上了，她告诉连皮用大火爆炒，事实证明简单此法简单是让豌豆在众食材出挑的不二之选。 What do you call this food?
