I need to learn English for self development. make value to myself
I need to write English.
I need to find a good job by working in a big company and to be big business woman eventually.

I want to learn english to for gain self confidence . In order to do that, i need write english, or find a good job (like working in a big company ) and i am willing to be a big business woman.

Some nice sentences about your needs, remember to always use a capital (big) 'I' when you are referring to yourself in English and 'need' is always followed by 'to'.
