PART 1
First of all, preserving a connection with our past is one of the most admirable things we, as humans, do. One of the reason people turn to their history might be a need to accumulate knowledge and experience of others and to receive inspiration. It is well known that many innovations have come from the past. For example, the traditional church, which was a historical centre of studying, tuition and academic research, gave birth to a musical notation, optometry innovations such as glasses, the teaching of genetics and other progressive ideas. Hence, our past is a good platform and basis for new discovery (discoveries).
