Tengo sueño? He oído muchas frases, pero no sé cuál es correcto...

"tengo sueño" está bien, aunque también puedes decir "estoy somnoliento". Esta expresión es un poquito más formal.

hola por aca en Mexico se dice, "tengo sueño" o mas informal seria, "me caigo/muro de sueño"
