Are these sentences ok? You're speaking like it doesn't concern you. You're speaking like you're not interested in.

The first phrase is ok. But I would suggest this one "You're speaking as if it didn't concern you."

1st one makes sense. 2nd one isn't correct. Get rid of the "in" ("You're speaking like you're not interested".) or add whatever noun you are trying to refer to after "in".
