which one is correct? hallo, can I say: In Taiwan, people call clevage as Fame Line is this sentence correct? or should I say In Taiwan, people say Fame line to refer to clevage? please help me. Thank you !

Your second sentence is better. In Taiwan, people say "fame line" to refer to cleavage.

You could say, In Taiwan people refer to their cleavage as their fame line. Or people refer to cleavage as the fame line.
