Oh boy... So first, let me advise you not to ever say anything like this. :) The first part is a racially charged insult. In general, such a thing would be aimed at a man, so the final "bitch" is a double-insult because it's a negative word generally used towards women. (As a woman, I resent that being called a woman is an insult. :p). Then again, I've heard the first insult used towards women less frequently, so it's possible the listener is a woman. As far as the "I can play games too" part, this likely means that someone screwed the speaker over and will get this person back in some way. Note that this is the best I can do without context and that, while I hear this kind of language daily, it is not a form of slang that I would consider myself fluent in as I would never, ever speak with such invective or use a racially charged word.

This is sentence is extremely insulting, whoever wrote it must be very angry and dislike you a great deal. "Busted ass" is referring to someone who has lost their virginity (had sex) "Nigga" (sland for "Negro") is an insulting term for an African American ("black person") "I can play games too"... "I am also able to play video games" "Bitch" actually means "female dog", but is also an insult for a woman. Considering you are not a woman, this is particularly insulting.
