What's the difference between these answers? Whereabouts did you meet him? No telling. I'm not telling. That would be telling. I won't tell you.

"No telling" means there's no way to know. "I'm not telling" means I refuse to tell you. "That would be telling" means that would be revealing a secret or telling you something I shouldn't. "I won't tell you" means I refuse to tell you.
