Unfortunately if a teacher is not offering it at the moment, it won't show up. If you look under Language Exchange there are a few Hmong speakers, although these are not actual teachers and probably most useful if you already know some of the language. Perhaps post this in Vietnamese Discussions or Answers section and see if anyone has any leads there?
