Yes, I'd agree that 'outdoor holiday' is the closest to what you want. 'Green holiday ' suggests an 'eco' holiday of some kind (low fuel use etc). 'Nature holiday' sounds a bit like 'naturist', which is holiday when everyone goes round naked!
