How do i say:
"She looks absolutely stunning" (both in MSA and dialects) ?

Salam,
Stunning can be translated in MSA as مُـذْهِــلَــة (when describing a female).
I think your example, I would suggest the following translation : ذات مـظـهـر/ جمـال أخــاذ (she has a stunning look/beauty)
