Hola Robert,
En México la forma más común es "Pon la mesa", casi no usamos "arregla la mesa" que también puede funcionar pero casi nunca lo usamos.

En España decimos, pon la mesa ( siempre cuando vamos a comer) . Cuando decimos arrega la mesa, nos referimos a limpiarla y ordenarla.

"Coloca la mesa" it is the most correct and neutral translate. But "pon la mesa" is more native.
