The FIRST PRINCIPLE of presentation is "know your audience." It's hard to make any suggestions without that! Let me make a crazy guess. You are in a group of English learners from different countries and you are being asked to make a very short presentation of 5-10 minutes to your classmates. Part of "know your audience" is, where are they from, and what do they already know? You certainly can't present a whole country or university in that time, so don't try to do that. You want to entertain your audience, and you want to speak personally as much as you can. Why not think of three things that are different between the place you've been and know well, and the place you're giving the talk, then say a few words about each of those things?
