If this transfer isn't difficult for you, please make it. If this transfer isn't difficult for you, please make it. Is this sentence correct? Or "make" replaced by 'do"? I mean money transfer. (for example from USD to Euro)

You can say 'make' or 'do', either works fine.

That's not a transfer -- the term you want is "currency exchange." A transfer is when when you move money from one account to another.
