Are both sentences OK? If you were married, you'd get it. If you were a mother, you'd get it.

It may sound more natural if you worded these like so: "If you were married, you'd understand" "If you were married, you'd be able to relate" "If you were married, you'd know how it is" etc (Same with the mother sentence) or there are other ways you could put the sentence together, for example: "If you'd ever been married, you'd understand." "You would understand if you've ever been married." I hope this wasn't too confusing.

Both sentences are good! I would change "get it" to "understand it" if the situation were formal, though. Hope this helps :)
