Is this sentence grammatically correct?
あなた が 大好き だから胸が 痛い。
I wonder if that makes sense both in grammar and meaning, maybe as love declaration in a drama movie? Please correct it if it's wrong.

Yes, it's correct.
For me あなたが大好きだから and あなたのことが大好きだから, both sound natural. You can use whatever you like.

For me, it is correct.
You could also say it with "のこと":
あなたのことが 大好き だから胸が 痛い。
Just a variation, but it is the same.
