Both are fine, they are simply different fonts. You can write either and be understood, just be careful with words where capital I's and lowercase L's are near each other. (For example, the word ill with a capital I is Ill)

Both are considered fine. As long as it's not a lowercase I (i) then you shouldnt have any problems.
