Are these sentences right? In whose house did you have dinner yesterday? In whose house are you ?

In whose house did you have dinner yesterday? [Perfect, however, usually we would say "Where did you have dinner yesterday?"] In whose house are you ? [Correct, but not the usual way to ask... usually we would say "Whose house are you in?"]

Both of these sentences are correct grammatically, but they sound very unnatural to native speakers. It would be more normal, in everyday modern English, for us to put the preposition at the end of the phrase: Whose house did you have dinner in yesterday? Whose house are you in?
