German: Are these "I don't know what time..." sentences correct? Ich weiß nicht, um wie viel Uhr er essen wird. = I don't know what time he will eat. Ich weiß nicht, um wie viel Uhr er morgen ankommen wird. = I don't know what time he will arrive tomorrow.

Absolutely correct, just one thing to mention. In German, the future tense is not used very often, so it is okay to use the present tense instead: Ich weiß nicht, um wie viel Uhr er isst. Ich weiß nicht, um wie viel Uhr er morgen ankommt.
