what preposition I should use here? What preposition I should use in this phrase? 'To satisfy her interest and curiosity in/of/about/(others) maths' Thank you.

It's a difficult one, because we say 'interest in' but 'curiosity about'. If you had to choose one, I'd go for 'about'.
