Both options are correct. Maybe i'd use the first one in spoken language, buy I'd prefer to switch the adjectives, but it's only a matter of style: "Los zapatos grandes amarillos" You could even put "grandes" before "zapatos" and it'd sound good, mostly in writing. "Los grandes zapatos amarillos" I hope it helps.

The second is best. I would write it as a sentence: Los zapatos son amarillos y grandes.
