Hi Sarah,

the only page I found, similar to what you ask, is this (from wikipedia):

https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categoria:Romanzi_in_italiano

And you can browse some italian author or book title simply entering the italian version of wikipedia:

https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pagina_principale
