Chad is the sort of name that's popular among wealthy people. It suggests a college athlete who's rich enough that he doesn't have to work and can waste time playing ultimate frisbee. Conan is stereotyping the sort of guy who plays ultimate frisbee.

He is using a common name as a stereotype, though I would associate it more with hippies, or something to do with a generational gap.
