Are these sentences all OK? I missed the bus and went to work late. and I missed the bus and was late to work. That's not something I usually do. and That's not something I always do. We haven't much customers today because it's the holiday. The package you ordered just arrived. I wanted to say goodbye before I left.

They are all ok except 'many customers'. It would be more natural to have 'had' or 'got' before that too.
