Are thes sentences all OK? (someone accuses me of doing or saying something) If I say; If I said anything like that, I would say I did. and If I had said anything like that, I would say I did. If I did anything like that, I would say I did. and If I had done anything like that, I would say I did.

They're both grammatically correct and could be used in everyday English speech so far as my opinon goes, but it seems a bit redundant and long. It could be shortened too "If I said/did anything like that, I would admit it." or "If I said/did anything like that, I would confess." But the second one would be used more in a situation where what you said or did was something that got you in trouble.
