The part I put between the arrows is the problem area that I have. I think I hear it as such but it seems to me that is ungrammatical. How does 까지 follow nothing? Am I hearing it correctly? Or maybe there is certain omission implied from the context? Is it really 거기까지 가기가 (getting even up to that point). Could you imagine yourself saying something like that? It sounds very strange to me to completely omit the part before 까지, which is totally unacceptable in grammatical term in my opinion.
