Where can I download sound files each of which is a 2-digit number recorded by a native speaker?
I have slow reflexes when hearing English numbers. I want to improve my listening skills by listening repeatedly to numbers played randomly.

Have you tried Forvo? You should be able to download audio files for each word there.
Make sure you look up each number in both Latin letters and Arabic numerals:

http://forvo.com/word/twenty-three/#en
If a number is missing, let me know and I'll record it.
