To me it sounds like: 1. “There are a lot of them. I whittled them down somewhat, but I published this out.” But I have never heard the expression “publish out”, so I'm not sure about that one. 2. I’m not sure, but I think she says “Could I get them to tag him?”

When he says "my publicist out" he is referring (I believe) to the caption that Chris Pratt, the man in the pictures, used for the pictures on social media. 2. "Could I get into tagging". A term that has to due with graffiti art.
