'My spoken/written English is poor' would be the best way to say both of these. 'My English writing is poor' suggests that it's not very neat instead of not grammatically correct.

You could also use "... is not so good..." or "not good enough". The term "poor" sound weird, but it's understandable.

I think those all are correct sentences.
