It's ok to begin a first clause with 'Not every' or 'Not only', but in the second clause the subject and auxiliary verb must be inverted.
'...can be true?' It is a common mistake for Persian speakers to say 'true' when the correct native usage would be 'correct'. I'm guessing it is because 'sahih' can mean both, but I'm not sure :)
Those weird letters are a long-time HTML rendering bug when you use apostrophes in titles. Try using double quotes next time.
