The first one is the best and is perfectly understandable. One way I might say that to make it sound slightly more natural is "Congratulations on passing your exams, I hope you'll do the same this term." All I did was remove some words that weren't quite needed.

Hello, it would be a bit more natural to say “keep up the good work this term!” Or “Congratulations...I hope you do the same this term”.
