Are these sentences OK? I need someone to help me with the housework Some undesirable scenes happened here. (quarrel, fight etc.) Give me a call once in a while. / Give me a ring once in a while. Did I ever tell you that you're so beautiful? Did I ever tell you that you're a very beautiful girl?

Give me a call once in a while is correct But better to say “phone call” not just “call” And those 2 questions are correct but you can also say “Have i ever told you”
