Well, I think that being bored speaks more about you than about the other person. If you are there and you think the situation is boring, make it fun and interesting; I don't think this is enough reason to quit =)

I've had two boss since now.I don't think they are boring.Actually, i don't care about them much.Perhaps the colleagues are more significant in my daily life.Nobody will communicate with boss all the days.If want to mentioned my present boss, i think, he can gain 85 on the 100-point scale. if u don't like yours, how about ignore him?good luck.

sure .....i have a very boring boss...some times he make me wanna to kill him hahahahha but you know ..i used to deal with him..and if he dead i'll miss his boring have a nice day.

i have never have a boring boss.and they always have their way to work with us so its ok. cant be boring.even he is we can respect that.I dont think i leave a job because of the boss is boring hehe.must be other points.

luckily I met a nice boss after my grauation from college,he's very kindly for me and other colleagues. anyway a boring boss sometimes can infulent my work,if I don't feel well in my job,I will leave it sooner or later. good luck with you.
