I wake up at 8:30 am, go to the shower, have a breakfast and start to work. I work 5 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm.
After my work I walk, go to the gym, read book or watch movie.
Kristina. It would be easier to suggest changes if we knew you were working from home. Since you move immediately from having breakfast to working, it seems everything might be happening in your home.
