I believe just as we are all unique, how we learn is different and thus as a teacher, I watch and listen in order to become aware of my learners' personalities and thus adjust how I interact with them in order to meet their learning requirements in a way that will be comfortable, interesting and most importantly that they retain what they learn. บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
Start with a conversational intro to get to know each other a bit and also get an idea of the learner's interaction preferences, get them comfortable and talking while assessing their English level.
Next establish where they need to improve, where they will use what they've learned, what resources they easily have access to and how often can they introduce what we've practiced in their daily lives.
Having established the above, I use a conversation method combined with a "Question, Example, Practice" structure, in order to have an informal relaxed lesson that allows for the introduction of new words. This way the learner expands their vocabulary while they learn to speak more confidently.สื่อการสอนของฉัน
