Hi I'm Clem! I'm French but I live in Colombia. I love traveling, photography, foreign languages and am also a yoga teacher. After working several years as an event manager in Paris (organizing events all over Europe), I went to South Africa and South America (Argentina, Chili, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador), where I spent more than 3 years traveling and volunteering in permaculture and organic farms.
Now I live in Colombia, where I bought a farm with my Colombian husband. We live here with lots of animals, aiming as much as possible for self-sustainability in our farm.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I'm on Italki since 2021, working full-time on the platform. I love teaching French and enjoy every single classes I give here.
Before that, my long trip in South America gave me lots of opportunities to teach French (as a native speaker), English and Spanish. I worked for one year in a farm in Ecuador, where I would always help translating and communicating between English, Spanish and French, and I continue now in my farm, as we also receive volunteers from all over the world.

I want my students to learn French fast, and to enjoy learning as much as I love teaching. I focus as much as possible on communication skills, even for beginners.
I make sure the classes are adjusted to your level and follow your progression. I focus on what you need or want to learn (speaking, understanding, grammar...). It is mainly in French but I can always give explanations in English or Spanish with beginners and when necessary.
I want to offer conversations about traveling, permaculture, yoga, healthy food, natural medicine, music... and much more ;) We can share looking at photos, news, articles, debates and any other inspiration.

C'était une plaisir à parler avec Clémence. Elle fais une ambiance d'apprentissage très calme et relaxante avec sa personnalité bien ouverte et sympa, en que l'étudiant se sens à l'aise avec elle. Sa manière de enseigner est bien naturelle et organique. Aussi, elle fais les corrections assez détails dans un document de Google pendant la leçon, en que je vois exactement les erreurs les plus communes pour moi. J'aime aussi qu'elle réponds rapidement toujours, avec les corrections immédiatement depuis la première message. Je suis sûr qu'avec elle, j'accomplirai mon objectif de la confiance en français cette année! Si est-ce que tu cherche pour une tutrice sympa et excellente et apprendre le français dans une manière naturelle, je te reccomande absolument les leçons de Clémence! Merci beaucoup pour une belle séance de conversation :)

Once after a class, I gave Clemence a 1* rating by mistake and italki wouldn’t let me correct it :((
But nothing could be further from the truth! Clemence is an absolute 5* gem, full of energy, patience and kindness. I love our chats so much that the time just flies by and I truly can’t believe how much I have learnt. If you are like I was, and terrified of speaking French, or if you just want a conversation which is always fun and interesting, start learning with Clemence. I feel so lucky to have found her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Je dois vous dire que c'est grâce à Clémence que j'ai atteint un niveau suffisant pour vivre confortablement en France ! On s’est rencontrées il y a plus d’un an, et on s’est retrouvées régulièrement depuis. Je vais bientôt passer mon test TCF pour obtenir la nationalité française.
Il est clair que je fais des erreurs de temps en temps, surtout avec le genre et certains temps, mais c'est normal - et je vais continuer à m'améliorer !
Merci à Clémence de m'avoir toujours mis à l'aise en français et de m'avoir poussé à avoir un bien meilleur niveau qu'avant !
