Hello! My name is Carol Contos. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Creative Writing. I write stories and edit documents in my spare time. I am married with two children. I am taking three weeks off in May (2025) to have my third child. I will try to be back teaching in June. I hope to be a part of your English learning journey! :)

I also teach English to Chinese students. I have 3 years of experience teaching online and I love it! I love my students and I enjoy seeing them make progress. This is what makes me a good teacher. I want you to succeed in a relaxed but strong learning environment.

My curriculum is from Crystal Clear ESL and ranges from levels 1-4 and also includes business lingo curriculum and IELTS exam preparation. Levels 5-7 curriculum is in production. The curriculum includes assessments to accurately place you or your child in the appropriate level and quizzes to assess your progress in each unit. I hope to see you soon!
