Hello, hello! 🙀😸
- I’m Maryam from Columbus, Ohio, USA
- I studied comparative literature and focused on Russian literature. I also have an honors degree in Islamic Studies, which I had to study Arabic for, and I am now an MA student of Political Science and International Relations.
- My goal is to be a professor and translator of academic books someday. And to write kids books :)
- Beyond the academic world, I enjoy learning about cultures, languages, and history.
- I truly cherish teaching children. Developing young minds is our most important project in this world!
- I have two big cats, Aspen and Maple. They may say hello 😸ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
If you are afraid of speaking to a native English speaker, don’t worry! I am very patient, and I have a LOT of experience in speaking with people from all over the world with various English levels.

As usual, Marym is the best teacher I have ever worked with.
She is focused and listens very well to pronunciation and accent. In addition, she is very proactive and seizes the opportunity to teach me new vocabulary every time we meet.
