I have 3 years of experience as a Japanese instructor at an online and a European university. I am patient and passionate about teaching. My specialty is beginner grammar and conversation. EN: The first lesson with Kiko-san was terrific and lots of fun! She is well-prepared and easy to talk to. I was surprised by the fact that she organized PowerPoint slides for the lesson. Not too many teachers do that.
ESP: La primera lectura con Kiko-san fue increíble y muy divertida. Además, Kiko-san también preparó plantillas de PowerPoint para la lectura en lugar de simplemente usar el texto Genki. La verdad es que eso me sorprendió, ya que no es común en mi experiencia con otros maestros. ¡La recomiendo al 100%!

I am really enjoying my lessons with Kiko-san! I really feel like my conversational skills are improving. Kiko-san is diligent in gently correcting me when I get things wrong so that I can fix my mistakes, and we never seem to run out of things to talk about, which makes the lessons really fun.

She was very accommodating and extremely patient even with a slow learner like me!
