Hi there!
My name is Arlene. I am from Puerto Rico. I am fluent in Spanish and English and I am learning Portuguese. I had a 26-year career in the areas of public communication, recruitment, and international programs.
Now , I love teaching languages, helping people prepare for job interviews, and sharing practices that help us connect to the body and the environment to reduce nervousness.
I enjoy simplicity, nature, and activities that help me stay more present in my body such as qigong and somatic meditation. My favorite book is The Alchemist.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
My intention is to create a safe space for learning and practicing. I can support you in the following:
