Even though we have a plan for each lesson, Amarylis asks questions at the beginning of class that leads to more conversation and I feel like I am learning so much by conversing. It gives me an opportunity to also ask why you might use one word over another. I love conversing with her as well as the formal lessons. She's really great.

I enjoy our class a lot. Amarilys takes a very structured approach to help me build the grammar foundations to say things correctly. She has been very patient with me, always waiting for me to finish a sentence and then tell me how it can be said more naturally in Spanish. The offline homework exercises are also very helpful and provide very targeted exercise for the things that we are covering in live classes. I think I'm making a lot of progress with Amarilys' help, and I can't thank her enough for helping me through the baby steps of learning this fascinating language.

I have had lessons with Amarilys for a few months now and they are always a great use of time. She is very friendly and approachable while pushing me to learn and practice more and very focused on learning grammar in real world context.

Amarilys has been a great teacher! After my trial lesson, I knew she was the one I would be most comfortable with. She's very calm and reviews material with me. Each lesson, we practice using new vocabulary in conversation. She uses Spanish a lot but it's in a pace that I can follow and it also encourages me to try speaking more as well. You will not be disappointed!
