I lived in both Damascus and the countryside. While in school, I had friends from all over the Middle East. I hold a bachelor's degree in translation, specializing in Arabic-English and vice versa, as well as a master's degree in interpreting from Damascus University. Additionally, I possess a TESOL certificate from Arizona State University. I am fluent in Arabic (Levantine), Modern Standard Arabic, and English. My teaching approach enables students to begin speaking the language they desire to learn rapidly. I provide constructive feedback in a friendly manner and motivate them to persist. Today's lesson was (again) excellent. We continued with some much number practice plus clothes vocab. Intense but perfectly clear and structured. Always a privilege to learn with Ustadha Dua! I highly recommend!

Amazing lesson! We covered rules for numbers in Arabic and did some practice. Ustadha Dua managed, as usual, to make something difficult seem like child play. Really making progress here, slowly but surely. Thanks a million, Dua!

Teacher Dua is amazing! I've been learning Arabic with her for the past 4 months, starting from the beginners level. Dua is incredibly intelligent, fluent in both Arabic and English, and extremely friendly. She makes learning grammar enjoyable and effortless, always encouraging me to practice speaking Arabic.
Moreover, she provides fantastic online resources that keep me motivated and allow me to practice outside of our classes. I totally recommend her to anyone interested in learning Arabic or English. I absolutely love her classes!
