I'm from Huntington Beach California in the United States and I currently Live in Japan. I love teaching, art and entertainment, camping, cookinf, hiking, bugs, animals, plants and building/making things! I enjoy nearly all movies, music and tv shows. I live in japan with my wife and soon my first baby!! Super excited to meet fellow learners and adventurers!

I have been a professional privite english tutor for one year, but before that I was casually teaching my wife to be fluent in english and decided to get my 120 hour TESOL certificate.

I love to help people when they are struggling, finding a solution is one of the most satisfying feelings i can imagine. I pride myself on being creative with my solutions like drawing or using puppets. I am somewhat casual with my teaching because i dont think anyone learns well when they are stressed or frustrated, but I do like havig a plan and structure involving any of a wide variety of topics. (music, art, movies, history, comics, nature, cooking, farming ect.)
