I would like to emphasize the erudition of the teacher, which helps turn the lesson into a dialogue on a topic that is interesting to the student. I also like that Tony tailors the lessons to the student's needs and changes the teaching method to find one that suits the student better.

Tony is a patient, efficient and considerate teacher. In this lesson, he guided me through the process of improving and rewriting a personal statement for graduate school application. I have learned how to tell my story in a more engaging way, an important skill not only in school but also in the workplace.

Really great session with Tony! He’s super sharp and thoughtful, not only did he give me practical feedback on my interview answers, but he also helped shift the way I think about interviews. I liked how he reminded me that it’s okay not to sound perfect all the time, and that it’s more about having a clear message and staying engaged. I felt very comfortable talking with him, and learned a lot.

The best English teacher I have ever met! I have explored the English world with him for about one year. He gives me a lot of fabulous ideas about how to study English culture and literature. Some of his suggestions are even very useful in dealing with problems I meet in daily life. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to improve his English or desires to have more understanding about the language, English culture and literature or anything related to it. Before this class I hadn't practiced English for over a year, so I booked a lesson with Tony to refresh my vocabulary, and I’m really glad I did. Tony himself is very polite and intelligent.
